Talent Agent
for Social and Digital team
We are recruiting a Talent Agent for our Social and Digital team.
This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to join a 360 management agency and focus on social and digital talent. Ideally, you will bring a network of contacts that can be utilised for securing client campaigns and be able to create and maintain long standing relationships with clients and brands within the industry, as well as continuing to expand the roster with credible clients and being able to spot up and coming talent.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Contract negotiations
- Scouting for new talent
- Servicing and retaining clients
- Diary management and logistics for talent
- Responding and dealing with enquires via phone/email as well as proactive outreach
- Attending shoots when required
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Talent Agent in a similar role
- Experience in managing leading Talent within the industry
- Proven ability to scout, develop and build successful careers for talent
- Have a wide network of reliable contacts across different sectors of the industry
- Experience in negotiating rates and contracts for commercial opportunities
- Knowledge of all social platforms and being adaptable to the ever changing digital space
- Proven record for developing and executing podcasts, digital series and maximising social profiles on Youtube/TikTok etc
- Work well under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines
